I found Ian to have excellent customer service skills. He is professional, polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Plus he knows a lot about cars . He delivered on his promises and kept me up to date at all times.
I have upgraded and traded in my car on a number of occasions and the experience has not always been positive at various car dealers.
After the positive and stress free experience I have had selling my son’s car I will have no hesitation driving that little bit extra to get to your dealership the next time I change my car. My wife’s Santa Fe broke down at Lakeside shopping centre in Joondalup last Thursday, which was subsequently towed to your dealership.
I subsequently received a call from John Ingersent early the next morning to say the vehicle had been repaired under warranty and was ready for collection. My wife subsequently collected the vehicle that morning and also raised an issue we had with the internal retractable boot cover not fitting properly. I understand steps were taken to order an appropriate alternative cover, which we are currently awaiting.
Upon returning home from work late Friday evening my wife was very complimentary as to the service she had received from John. She is hard to impress (I know), but evidently you did – apparently, one of your mechanics also enquired whether everything was ok with the vehicle. We bought this vehicle from Giant Hyundai and, as per my usual practice to service the vehicle where we bought it, kept on servicing it there. However, my wife was clearly taken with the eager helpfulness displayed by your staff and she now insists on the vehicle being serviced at Wild West in the future. So, it seems your service has landed you a new client going forward. I will not be surprised if she directed me to your showroom one day.
This is just a note to say thanks for what clearly has been a good experience, and kudos to John for doing your dealership a great service and being a great ambassador for your establishment. Keep up the good work.

We have had a totally horrendous 2016, ending (so far), with our car being written off in a very preventable crash by a very silly woman. With no income, and now, with no car, we came to Wild West Hyundai, looking for a used car.
Our daughter has recently bought from you, and is very happy, so yours was the very first yard that we visited.
So, firstly then, we need to thank John (Used cars) and Lou too, for being so very helpful.Sorry I don't like RED John :)
After a LOT of adding up, and borrowing from family, in the end, we dealt with Dennis, and purchased today our brand new Elantra Elite :) Dennis did have to work hard for us, and always with a smile, and then he and maybe other staff too, "wrapped" up our brand new car.

I have just been dealing with one of your used car staff and felt it necessary to contact you with some feedback. I am a single woman who absolutely detests dealing with used car sales people, and after visiting the Kia, Ford, Mazda and Holden car yards in Wangara, I was very pleasantly surprised to deal with Lou from your used car department. Lou could not have been more obliging or polite, without being pushy. He was a wealth of information and was extremely helpful. He is a definite asset to Wild West Hyundai and the best car salesman I have dealt with in 25 years of buying cars.
I have recently purchased an i45 from your dealership and would like to take this opportunity to thank all your sales and admin staff who provided an excellent service in making my choice. I have always driven continental cars and was leaning towards buying another one when your staff convinced me that the i45 would meet up with my expectations.

We wish to give a big thank-you to Dennis for making our purchase of our lovely brand new red i20 such a pleasurable and easy experience. From our initial enquiry through to the final driving away in our new car we were given excellent customer service.
Dennis was so knowledgeable of all the Hyundai vehicles and helped us decide what is the perfect suitable car. A special thanks to Maria in helping us select the correct window tinting. Also, the Service Manager Fred was so informative and gave us excellent advice regarding fuel and clarifying the specifications of the car.

I didn't feel pressured at all into buying the vehicle and he took the time to take me through all of the mod cons which is really important when making such a big purchase.
It was also nicely wrapped, I got a couple of free sausage sizzles throughout the purchase (bonus!) and the staff at Wild West including Craig were lovely.

On arrival on the day at the appointed time, we were introduced to John, who fully introduced himself as John Correia. John listened to what we had to say relative to what we were looking for, what we had to trade-in, and what we were prepared to spend). John arranged for our Car to be appraised whilst we were test-drove the Hyundai. Our selected car performed really very well, very sporty, (to my wife's delight. When we returned to the Showrooms we decided to further the deal. The change-over figure was almost within our Budget, and after a very little negotiation we came to an agreement. The entire experience thus far had been an absolute delight. No pressure from John whatsoever. No veiled threat or utterance that "some-one else is also looking at this car". After papers had been signed we were introduced to a young lady Yani, spent some time with her as we went over options, warranty etc. We were then introduced to Liora Meyer. Liora gave us options for Finance, (not necessary as we were paying Cash), and Insurance. She then took a "holding" deposit and confirmed the Balance. All done so smoothly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. We were then returned to John.
We picked up our new Car today, (Sat 13/Dec.14) and handed over our Mitsubishi. Again, all without fuss or pompous pageantry.
John has a quiet disposition about him. He has a friendly, informative nature. Open-minded to what your needs are and non-judgemental. I thoroughly recommend Wild Wild West Hyundai and John Correia in particular for your motoring needs. I am so glad that we did go out of our way otherwise we could well have made the wrong decision.

Buying a car is the 2nd most expensive purchase a person will make in their life-time, and thanks to John Correia it was a really pleasurable one. The Management at Wild Wild West Hyundai certainly know how to select their Staff, because they really are setting the standard others are claiming or trying to achieve.

Upon first registering interest in the car yard I was greeted by Tony Daw who listened to my wish list and acted in a friendly unpersuasive manner. I missed out on the first car Tony recommended due to its popularity.
Tony was quick to find me an alternative with my budget and wish list in mind and was very honest in offering a few different options for me to ponder over.
I finalized my purchase today and would recommend all the staff at Wild West Hyundai, I never thought purchasing a vehicle would be such a pleasant experience.

i wish to say a big thankyou for the way your wonderful, caring and professional staff have treated me since i bought my new Hyundai Accent. Greig Malvenan handled the sale for myself and my wife and it was a very good experience. i have had two services and yesterday the radio was replaced under warranty. On all these occasions i was treated with courtesy and made to feel very welcome.
A couple of weeks ago my wife and I purchased a 2nd hand Toyota Kluger from your salesperson Michael Sharpe. We wanted to take the time to say that the buying experience through Michael was a masterclass in excellent sales & customer service. His demeanour and professionalism from start to finish was first class. A couple of minor post delivery issues were dealt with by Michael quickly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. The fact we were afforded the use an IX35 whilst our car was being dealt with meant a great deal to us as it allowed us to seamlessly continue with our daily routine.
Couple Michael's service with the excellent finance manager who quickly and easily sorted a good finance rate, and we are very happy customers and will be advocates for Wild West into the future.
